Pearson Property Management was founded in 2001 by Yitzy Pearson who serves as the company President. We are based in the Miracle Mile area of Los Angeles but serve the Greater Los Angeles and surrounding areas. We specialize in management of single family homes, multi-family apartment buildings, commercial properties such as retail shopping centers and office buildings and single tenant NNN. Pearson Property Management was initially formed to manage the properties of its principals and partners. Although our primary focus now is to manage properties as a service to other owners, we treat each property as if were our own by carefully analyzing and establishing rents and using the same vendors on all of our properties and passing the cost savings to our clients. We place a strong emphasis on preventative care and work closely with each tenant to make sure their concerns are taken care of and rents are paid on time.
